Kylie & Corey | Potter Center | Jackson, MI
There is always something heartwarming about working with couples who have been referred to me by my previous brides. The trust Kylie & Corey put in me from the moment I walked through the door to capture their day was humbling. It's even better when my previous brides and grooms are actually in the wedding party, and when I found out Corey was actually Amanda's sibling and that I would get to visit with their whole family again, I was over the moon happy!
I love when wedding days are full of excitement, a little bit of crazy, and a lot of love. With Kylie & Corey's wedding party totaling 20 people I knew this was going to be a day to remember! It was a beautiful, seventy something day, with lots of sun and a light breeze. It was the kind of day every bride hopes for but rarely ever actually happens. They tied the knot at one of my favorite Jackson Churches, The First Congregational. Kylie and I had previously talked about how she would like a natural setting, so I took them for bridal photos to a location I had found, that I had beautiful trees, ivy, and most importantly the perfect lighting. They had their reception at the Potter Center, which was a first for me and it was absolutely perfect, from the dinner to the DJ. After dinner we went out to catch some sunset photos which were like the cherry on top of their already spectacular day! Kylie & Corey, thank you so much for the trust you put in me!
